This policy governs the cancellation of memberships at LDA Sports Complex. Please read carefully before initiating a cancellation request.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

Members may request cancellation of their membership at any time, subject to the terms outlined in this policy. Cancellation requests must be submitted by the primary member or an authorized representative with a valid written authorization.

2. Cancellation Process

To cancel your membership, you must follow these steps:

  2. Submit a written cancellation request using the official Membership Cancellation Form.
  3. Present your original membership card and a valid CNIC for verification.
  4. Clear any outstanding monthly dues, penalties, or other financial obligations.
  5. Allow up to 15 business days for the cancellation to be processed and confirmed.

3. Notice Period

A minimum notice period of 30 calendar days is required for all cancellation requests. Membership privileges will remain active during the notice period. Monthly dues applicable during the notice period must be paid in full. The effective cancellation date will be calculated from the date the completed cancellation form is received.

  • Pre-paid monthly dues for unused months may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at management's discretion.
  • Any applicable refund will be processed within 30 business days of the effective cancellation date.
  • Refunds will be issued via cheque or bank transfer to the member's registered account.
  • Promotional or discounted memberships may have different refund terms as specified at the time of enrollment.

5. Involuntary Cancellation
