Membership Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing membership at all LDA Sports Complex branches across Lahore.

1. Eligibility

Membership at LDA Sports Complex is open to all individuals aged 16 and above. Applicants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian co-sign the membership application. Family memberships cover the primary member, their spouse, and children under 18 years of age.

2. Membership Categories

LDA Sports Complex offers the following membership categories to cater to different needs:

  • Family (General Public): Includes access for the primary member, spouse, and dependent children under 18.
  • Family (Government Officers): Discounted rates available for verified government employees and their families.
  • Individual (General Public): Single person membership with full access to facilities.
  • Individual (Government Officers): Discounted individual membership for government employees.
  • FeMergy: Specialized membership for female members with dedicated timings and facilities.
  • Platinum Membership: Premium all-access membership granting entry to all LDA Sports Complex branches.

3. Registration Process

To apply for membership, prospective members must:

  1. Visit the desired LDA Sports Complex branch in person.
  2. Complete the membership application form with accurate personal details.
  3. Submit a copy of valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or passport.
  4. Provide two recent passport-sized photographs.
  5. Pay the applicable one-time membership fee and first month's dues.
  6. Government officers must present a valid government employee ID card.

4. Membership Fees

Membership fees consist of two components: a one-time registration fee and recurring monthly dues. Fees vary by branch and membership category. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes. Monthly dues are payable by the 10th of each calendar month. Late payments may incur a surcharge as determined by management.

5. Member Conduct

All members are expected to:

  • Treat staff, coaches, and fellow members with respect and courtesy.
  • Follow all facility rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from staff.
  • Wear appropriate sports attire while using facilities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the complex premises.
  • Not engage in any illegal, unethical, or disruptive behavior on the premises.
  • Present their membership card upon entry at all times.

6. Facility Usage

Members may use all available facilities at their registered branch during designated operating hours. Certain facilities may require advance booking. Guest access is permitted with prior approval and payment of applicable guest fees. Children must be supervised by an adult member at all times within the complex.

7. Amendments

LDA Sports Complex reserves the right to modify this membership policy, fee structure, or facility availability at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes through official communication channels. Continued use of facilities after notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
