Membership Restoration Policy

Former members who wish to rejoin LDA Sports Complex may be eligible for membership restoration under the terms described below.

1. Restoration Eligibility

Membership restoration is available to former members whose memberships were cancelled voluntarily or due to non-payment. Members whose memberships were terminated due to misconduct or violation of terms may not be eligible for restoration and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the management committee.

2. Restoration Window

  • Within 6 months of cancellation: Members may restore their original membership at a reduced restoration fee without the need to pay a full new registration fee.
  • Between 6 to 12 months: Restoration is available at 50% of the current one-time registration fee for the applicable membership category.
  • After 12 months: Former members will be required to apply as new members and pay the full current registration fee.

3. Restoration Process

  1. Visit the branch where you were previously registered.
  2. Submit a completed Membership Restoration Application Form.
  3. Present your original CNIC and any previous membership documentation.
  4. Clear all outstanding dues, penalties, or financial obligations from the previous membership period.
  5. Pay the applicable restoration fee and current month's dues.
  6. Await approval from the branch management (typically within 7 business days).

4. Outstanding Dues

Any unpaid monthly dues, late fees, or penalties from the previous membership period must be settled in full before restoration can be approved. LDA Sports Complex reserves the right to deny restoration requests if outstanding financial obligations are not cleared.

5. Membership Category Changes

During restoration, members may opt to change their membership category (e.g., from Individual to Family). In such cases, the applicable registration fee for the new category will apply, minus any credit from the restoration fee already paid. Category changes are subject to availability and branch-specific policies.

6. Restored Membership Terms

Restored memberships are subject to the current membership policy, fee structure, and terms in effect at the time of restoration. Any previous promotional rates or special conditions from the original membership will not carry over unless expressly agreed upon by management.
