Your Membership, Your Rights: Clear Policies, Zero Fine Print.

Cancellation, freezing, restoration, transfer, everything explained in plain language across all 8 branches.

Our Commitment to Transparent, Fair Membership Policies

LDA Sports Complex was built on a foundation of trust between a government institution and the citizens it serves. Our policies are written in plain language, enforced consistently across all 8 branches, and designed to be fair to members in every circumstance. Whether you need to pause your membership, transfer it, or cancel, our processes are straightforward and our staff trained to help without resistance or runaround.

1. Membership Policy: Rights and Responsibilities

Members have the right to access all facilities in their chosen plan, receive professional coaching guidance, and raise complaints addressed within 48 hours. Members must conduct themselves respectfully at all times and use equipment as intended. Disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or termination. Registration requires: Original CNIC + 1 passport-size photo + Proof of govt employment (if applicable for officer discount).

2. Cancellation Policy: When You Need to Leave

The one-time registration fee is non-refundable. Monthly fees stop from the next billing cycle after a successful written cancellation request submitted with at least 7 working days' notice. Visit your registered branch with membership card and CNIC. Request confirmed within 7 working days. Full facilities access continues until end of current billing month.

3. Freezing Policy: Pause, Don't Cancel

Freeze your membership to suspend monthly charges while preserving your membership status. Minimum 1 month, maximum 3 consecutive months per request. Total annual freeze allowance: 3 months. A small administration fee applies per request. Monthly fees completely suspended during freeze period. Reactivation requires a single branch visit, no new documentation needed.

4. Restoration Policy: Welcome Back

Members applying for restoration within 12 months of cancellation pay a reduced restoration fee, not a full new registration. After 12 months, fresh registration may be required. Restoration requests submitted in person at your original branch with CNIC and previous membership details.

5. Transfer Policy: Pass It On

Transfer your membership to another eligible person rather than cancelling. The recipient pays only a transfer processing fee. Transfers to immediate family (spouse, adult children, siblings) processed in 5 to 7 working days. Branch-to-branch transfers possible subject to capacity and management approval. Both parties must attend branch with original CNICs. Note: Government officer discounts cannot transfer to non-government recipients, a rate adjustment applies.
